The organizing Committee of Eurovision-2017 identified five main locations which will be used to conduct in Kiev in the Eurovision song contest.
“The meeting identified 5 major locations: 2 locations will be located in the international exhibition center – the main arena and press centre, EuroClub will be located in BC Park, Eurodomino organized on Khreshchatyk”, – wrote in Facebook, the Director of the Department of transport infrastructure KSCA Sergei Meisel.
However, he said that the place where the opening and closing of the song contest is now discussed, although it was reported earlier that the Eurovision song contest-2017 will open on the territory of St. Sophia Cathedral.
“The place of the opening and closing of the song contest is now discussed – the celebrations will be held in Mystetskyi Arsenal, Kyiv city state administration or on the territory of Sofia,” wrote Meisel. According to him, during a meeting of the organizing Committee also discussed the required landscaping for each of the locations for the ESC, and the ability to launch waterbus project and convenient pedestrian crossings.
