Complex for 10 minutes:
– 10-15 deep squats (hands raise up).
– 5 lunges with jumping forward (hands pull over my head).

– 5-6 times pushups from the position of the push-up position.
– 12-15 transitions from a rest position in squats and back.
– 20-30 steps forward legs alternately from a rest position.
