Timely removal of solid waste is one of the most “sick” issues in the housing sector of the country. Failures in this process, always cause a lot of disturbances lawful residents. Who is good to live in the mud and the rubbish smell?
The trash business is known for its relatively low threshold of entry and minimum liability for providing substandard services to the population. The situation is compounded fierce competition in this market segment in every region of tens and even hundreds of companies “fight” for a place under the sun. It seems that competition always benefits the consumer, but not in this case. Recently in the media widely discussed the issue of “garbage wars”, in which garbage companies throw the garbage to the successful competitors, reducing their work.
And in this, the already difficult situation, to trash the horizon there are some fake companies accumulate funds in their accounts and have no any real activity. That is money paid and received, the rubbish accumulated for months, and cleaners – was not.
To identify these decoy ducks are not easy, but possible. For example, in the far East and in Siberia (better to say: pretends to work) a certain company “Alexander”. Its obligations under the contract with the infamous management company “Slavyanka”, included garbage collection on the objects of the defense Ministry. Now, find “Alexander” to ask questions about the reasons for a three-month pause in garbage collection from military bases, is not possible. The company, as if vanished into thin air, right after he bankrupt “Slavyanka”.
The situation raises some questions. Like, totally unknown company, with no market history, and whatever positive reputation, received this (very lucrative) contract? Who’s behind all this? And most importantly: someone to claim and actions against the residents of the military towns?
To all these questions are yet to find the answer. And now the main task of the Ministry of defence and its new management company in the housing sector – to understand the situation and correct it, the hands of the new, real and responsible contractor.
