Garbage disposal best management companies, but inconvenience to residents
Smolensk builders began to put into operation a high-rise apartment building with infused garbage disposal. The same citizens who still uses this method of waste disposal, we have to face many problems.

The matter is further complicated by the fact that in the Smolensk region approved the document, formally stating the rules of maintenance of the garbage disposal. Once such existed – in 1999 the region approved the appropriate standard, involves monthly cleaning and disinfection of refuse chutes, but its validity has expired. New never received, and that complicates the lives of the citizens that actually may not require the managing companies nothing in particular, and Supervisory authorities, deprived of the ability to attract the criminal liability for violation of regulations.
The emergence of the firm, which is professionally engaged in the solution of a pressing problem, was greeted in the city with enthusiasm, especially as the experts not only washed and cleaned the trunks of a refuse chute with the use of hypoallergenic products, but also repaired the entrance hatches in stairwells. They started the cooperation with small companies, and when the work was adjusted, offered his services to the “Agency”, the largest UK Smolensk, at the service which is about two thousand houses. During the negotiations it initially went on the full service of garbage disposal, and the offer looked attractive: at the current rate of 1.5 ruble per square meter, the company has agreed to work for the ruble.
To make such an agreement the leadership of the UK, for whatever their reasons decided not to, preferring one-time contracts: one for washing zhilischnik promised to pay 39 cents per square meter. There is no “communal catastrophe” that could explain what happened, like did not happen. Experts note that the structure of the waste from the Soviet era has really changed. Modern man produces far more waste than it was 20 years ago. It is possible that this type of utilization really outlived its usefulness, but that doesn’t change the fact that “preserve” the issue is not easy. The decision to make a garbage chute must be taken by a majority of votes at the General meeting. And then there is the first catch: in principle, the garbage disposal is a convenience that is important, for example, for people with limited mobility and the disabled. Request to brew a garbage disposal in Kostroma are not massive. The residents in whose homes these designs operate for a long time, as a rule, already used to it and do not seek to change anything. When the garbage disposal clogged or they infest rodents, residents apply to the management company, which experts must conduct cleaning and disinfestation.

The municipality reported that work on the installation will begin in November. And, as assured in the city administration, “garbage” will be imposed not by the wallets of citizens – that will be engaged in managing companies. According to Deputy mayor Alexander Morozov, during monitoring the state of container sites revealed that they were not painted and not repaired for many years, some made of brick, and 290 seats for garbage collection generally does not equipped. So first of all new site installs where there are none, and the next step will be to replace the old structures new ones. By the end of next year the container yard of the new model will appear throughout the city.
