Collective responsibility?

Коллективная ответственность?

I understand that doping is evil. I understand that we are seriously screwed up. But I don’t understand how you can deprive the national team to participate in the Olympics? That tries for collective responsibility?

Of the 136 applications from Russian athletes who claim that they do not violate anti-doping rules and are not involved in systematic doping, has received permission to perform on the international competitions as a neutral athlete only long jumper. Darya Klishina. Announced earlier today by the IAAF.

Background is as follows. On 17 June, the IAAF Council upheld the disqualification of the club and the suspension of Russian athletes from international competitions.

June 21, the IOC upheld the decision of the IAAF, but did not suspend the entire team from the 2016 Olympics and admitted that in the Games under the Russian flag will be able to participate some athletes, which will remove the disqualification on an individual basis.

So the IAAF anything from anyone, not removed… all guilty…

Maybe I don’t understand something, but it seems to me that the presumption of innocence should apply to athletes. What are all accused of doping?
