Assistant of the head of Chechnya on security Daniil Martynov reports that interest in the special training of security forces on the territory of spetstsentr in the Czech Republic show several countries. Among them – Belarus, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates and people’s Republic of China.

According to Martynov, in a short time at the opening of the base for training special forces will begin training a unit of China’s military. RIA Novosti quotes the statement of the assistant to the head of the Chechen Republic:

We have already been negotiated and established cooperation with Chinese partners, they are very interested to interact with us and send their (experts), we will go to them. Chinese employees will come to us as soon as you start to operate the centre, besides, fall is scheduled the trip of our delegation to China to enhance our experience. During the visit, will discuss the fight against terrorism, extremism and spiritual education.

As you can see, travel and training to be mutual. While in Grozny are given to understand that the special forces training center does not apply to state facilities. This is a private base of anti-terrorist training.

Partners from other countries have expressed interest in internships in Chechnya, as the reigning representatives of the Chechen special forces with a rich experience in combating international terrorism.

Base anti-terrorism training soon officially opens in the district of Gudermes. The area of the base is about 400 ha. In the training center will work no less than 200 experienced instructors.

Despite the private nature of spetstsentr at this stage is carried out inter-state negotiations about the possibility of learning on basis of the Chechen soldiers of the special forces from other countries.
