China will present the first “Internet car” in April

Chinese developers have designed the world’s first smart car, which is connected to the Internet. Aibaba company and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC), engaged in technical innovation, will present it to the public in April 2016, writes People’s Daily.

About the new smart car, yet little is known: the machine will include computer technology and sensors, artificial intelligence and automatic control system. According to SAIC, the car was developed on the basis of smart operating system, which including includes the right to ownership of intellectual property. An absolute novelty will be the machine connected to the Internet, added in Alibaba.

The developed system involves a direct interaction between man and machine, two machines, dishwasher and infrastructure (road). Inside the car will be equipped with an electric battery as a power source (one of the options, there is also a hybrid version and a gasoline motor). The developers suggest that upon reaching the mileage of 160 thousand kilometers battery power falls below 80 percent.
