The Chelyabinsk regional court announced the competition for the purchase of a premium car for 2.5 million rubles – in the opinion of the regional activists of the popular front, this auction is wasteful and impractical, the correspondent of news Agency “Access” with reference to the press service of “veterans”.
The subject of procurement stipulates that a car is necessary only for the use of a regional court.
“Based on the technical documentation of the auction, it turns out that the sizes and characteristics specified by the customer may need the models assembled outside the Russian Federation, such as the Yaguar or Audi premium, as well as Mercedes and BMW. The question arises: what are these needs of the Chelyabinsk regional court that need to be addressed with such an expensive machine,” says the representative of the regional office of onf in the Chelyabinsk region, Chairman of the Department organization of motorists “Freedom of choice” Alex brui.
In the tender documentation in sufficient detail describes the characteristics of the desired car. So, the body colour should be grey or black, seat covers – leather, the display is colored and at least seven inches.
“It is surprising that the tender documents stipulate that the goods must be new, without run, without defects. The technical mileage cars can be no more than 500 kilometers. How did new machines like this run, is unclear. And the most interesting – a new car should not be a late 2013 release. Most likely, we are talking about a specific car, which is ready to supply a future winner of the auction,” said brui.
Representatives of the regional branch of the popular front in Chelyabinsk region consider the purchase of a luxury, impractical, questionable spending of Federal budget funds. Now social activists are preparing an appeal to the Chairman of the Chelyabinsk regional court with a request to consider in detail the tender announced by the staff, and to assess the practical need to buy expensive premium car.
