CTL company presented in the USA at the 2016 CES show two new mobile PC aimed at the use in educational institutions. One of them works on Chrome OS, which classify them as chromebooks and receive Windows 10 as the main software platform and swivel touch screen. The cost of these PCs is very different.

Chromebook CTL SB4 is valued at exactly $ 200 because Google Chrome OS is distributed free of charge. In the price included 4 GB of RAM, an Intel Celeron N2840 Bay Trail series, battery 10 hours battery life and non-touch display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and a diagonal of 11.6 inches.
