Dion recently gave an interview where he admitted that Rene was the only man she loved.

“The time before his death was the hardest in my life, — said Selin. Every day people all my life was dying more and more. The man I love and loved, the only man I ever kissed. Yeah, I’ve never kissed anyone in my life except for my husband. I love it. I’m still in love with him.”
The singer also added that the death of her husband in some sense came to her relief: “When he has ceased to suffer, I thought he was okay. He deserves not to suffer. I feel better now.”

48-year-old Dion now has three children: 15-year-old Rene-Charles and five year old twins Eddie and Nelson. “I have the love of my children. When I’m going to sleep, I imagine that he (Rene) with me. And I go on stage with him. So I’m still married,” admitted the singer.
Recall, Celine met rené Angelina in 1980 when she was only 12 years old and he was 38. The pair started Dating after 8 years, and in 1991 announced their engagement. December 17, 1994 they were married.
