And only in the afternoon a piece of bread, rubbed with garlic. And even then not every day. Felt the bread was a special need. The house was almost always caramels or toffee, but I didn’t love them, he loved chocolates, but they had a deficit and rarely happened. So candy, I hardly ate anything. And then grandpa and grandma left everything and moved North, to work. And I suddenly realized that with meat and vegetables all can be much worse. That is, the meat may not be in the home menu for weeks, for example. Weeks, Carl!

By the way, the feeling of fullness for me and not returned. Stop eating — this is difficult for me. I don’t know how much I can eat. A lot. Happened, I ate very long hours without stopping. And always felt that you can have more. What I want more. Several times I tried to find out its border, but could not: the food is always ended before I was no longer hungry.

I stop, of course, but always for some other reasons. Not because I do not want.

And as a child I was fed with cereals, pasta, potatoes, and all I wanted was sometime to make a cake of boiled beef, roast pork, rabbit meat, pork, ham, crayfish, prawns and crabs, and layers of fluff of different meat pies. And gram flour in it. And eat one.

Vegetables were also a problem. It turned out that, if you do not keep your garden, vegetables is not stupid. The market is very expensive, and the shop looked like this: on a tiled floor is a big pile of clods of dirt; if you look closely, these clods turned out to be beets and potatoes; well, even the barbed curve of a wooden box, in which a few smelly rotten onion bulbs and cleaning. And that’s all.

The truth is, if the house suddenly happened to a lot of meat, mom spit minced and fried cutlets. A lot. Approximately, six – or seven-liter pot of meatballs. Parents ate two or three burgers, and I just set ourselves this pot and ate all the rest. Immediately. It was great, I was not stopped, but it was still not enough. Always thought that I would have eaten three times as much.

So, the only problem is the restriction of carbohydrates is what half a kilo of meat or fish are much more than one hundred twenty-five grams of rice.

I read, of course, that there are people for whom 100 grams of chicken is, like, portion. But for me polukilogrammovy tray of chicken is a portion. A whole chicken is a portion. Pack of six patties for Burger — serving. Tray with eight duck legs — portion. At the same time the portions are often small. That’s the only reason in my menu there are all sorts of porridge, less pasta and bread, or occasionally potatoes. Because, damn, it is expensive to eat normally. And that’s the only problem in restricting carbohydrates. And so their age would not see it. From added sugar, for example, I refused seven years ago, very easily and without any problems. Just suddenly thought that it is superfluous. And stopped eating it immediately. Probably with some Ceylon tea that would be harder, but you just have to buy the Yunnan — sugar is not needed at all. Yunnan is more expensive, Yes. And again we come back to the same problem: to eat — it’s expensive. Carbohydrates — the food of the poor. The less money I have the more I eat carbs. More money — less carbs.
