The total cost of construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait will be 227,92 billion rubles in prices of respective years. This is stated in the message of the Federal road Agency, arrived in edition “Tapes.<url>.
This amount includes the cost of the contractor of the project — the company “stroygazmontazh”, and the customer’s costs of construction of the Federal state institution “Management of Federal highways “Taman” Federal road Agency” (UWC uprdor “Taman”).
The total price of the state contract for design and construction of Crimean bridge (the cost of the contractor) approved in the amount of 223,1 billion rubles in the prices of corresponding years, including 18 percent VAT.
For design and survey work will be spent in total about 9 billion rubles in prices of respective years. For key structures of road and railway bridges with adjacent areas — approximately 170 billion. The rest of the cost is the preparation of the construction site, temporary buildings and structures, energy security, utility and servicing purposes and the like.
In addition to the state contract, certain costs of the customer are also provided for construction control, supervision, land acquisition and design of the permanent and incidental expenses. For these purposes will be spent around 4.78 billion rubles in prices of corresponding years.
In February 2016, the state expertise confirmed the validity of the estimated project cost in the prices of the fourth quarter of 2015 of 211.8 billion. Was later recalculated the costs of the contractor for the years of project implementation taking into account the forecast deflators set by the Ministry of economic development.
Outcome indicators agreed upon construction of the Federal road Agency (the main Manager of budgetary funds for the project) and is now fixed in the additional agreement to the contract of February 17, 2015.
The bridge across the Kerch Strait length of 19 kilometers will be the longest in Russia. It will connect the Crimean Peninsula with the mainland by road and Railways. Movement of cars will open in December 2018-trains in 2019.
