According to him, Brussels has decided not to give the green light for a British exit from the EU, while London does not pay all the debts.
As for payments, we are talking “about 25 billion euros”, explained the interlocutor of the edition. “The agreement with Britain is impossible if the British did not settle these obligations”, – emphasized in Brussels.
As previously reported, Britain has no plans to start the procedure of withdrawal from the EU in 2016. The process of a British exit from the EU could drag on for six years.
