Atelier AC Schnitzer has built a 420-horsepower sports car.
German tuning Studio AC Schnitzer has presented the program of completions for “charged” coupe BMW M2. Sports car has received a carbon fiber body kit and big motor.
Returns a three-liter inline twin-turbo “six” has increased from 370 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque to 420 HP and 580 Nm. Tuners reprogrammed electronic engine control unit, installed a racing intercooler, and AC exhaust system with new muffler and pipes.
Coupe received an aerodynamic kit of carbon fiber, including the front splitter, rear diffuser, side skirts and spoiler.
The BMW M2 has also got RS sports suspension with adjustable dampers. Ground clearance decreased by 25-30 and 15-20 mm in the area of the front and rear axis respectively. Finally, the coupe was equipped with 19 – and 20-inch alloy wheels front and rear.
Dynamic characteristics of new items not specified. The standard coupe is able to dial a “hundred” for 4.3 seconds, while its top speed is electronically limited to 250 kilometers per hour.
