According to Stiller, now he has to constantly be tested
American actor Ben Stiller has admitted that he suffered from cancer — prostate cancer, reports NME. The diagnosis made him two years ago. Surgeons conducted a successful operation and removed the tumor.
“It was a complete surprise to me, I had no idea what to do. I didn’t know what might happen, I was scared. Cancer stops everything in life, I couldn’t even plan the shooting of films”, — said the actor.
According to Stiller, now he has to constantly be examined. He urged more men to go to the doctors to check the prostate.
“It is the second mortality type of cancer, but a treatable one,” said 50-year-old actor. Ben Stiller usually plays in comedies. He is known for the films “Zoolander”, “meet the Fockers,” “Night at the Museum,” “tropic thunder”, “the secret life of Walter Mitty”.
