Doctors insist that the diet of adult and child included a large number of calcium-rich food. And pregnant and lactating women need two times more calcium than anyone else. There are many vitamin complexes, which contain calcium, but they are not cheap, so it is best to eat healthy food that has the same calcium, just standing much cheaper.

In society there is a misconception that calcium is only in foods of animal origin, but in fact it is not so. It turns out that even vegetarians have the option to use a calcium product without violating its principles, rejection of eating, accommodating the animal fats.

These foods are rich in calcium:

1. Milk and milk products contain the maximum amount of calcium. The most useful is the cheese, because the calcium concentration is highest.

2. Whole grains and cereals. They have a lot of calcium, so leaning on the bread, cereal, and pasta supply of calcium is not replenished, but this stuff is the place to be and is about 50 mg per 100 g of the product.

3. The seeds and nuts. The richest in calcium are poppy seeds, sesame seeds and almonds. So it would be logical to make in your daily diet at least 50-70 grams of nuts or seeds that you can substitute for a snack between meals.

4. The rose hips. Of calcium in the hips are not very many, but a decoction of the fruit of this plant will allow to improve quality of absorption of calcium in the blood, and add about 300 mg of pure calcium, which is slightly less than a third of the daily requirement.

5. Greens. Unfortunately, people consume greens in sufficient quantities, using it to a minimum as seasoning for some dishes. Nothing, because all sorts of greenery enriched with calcium.

6. Fish, seafood and meat. In society there is a perception that these foods contain a lot of calcium, but it is actually wrong, since the presence of nutrients in them is extremely low.

7. Bean. In beans and other legumes calcium is found in more or less normal number of about 200 mg per 100 g of the product. And the daily rate for an adult is 1000 mg of calcium.
