German composer Hans Zimmer said that will no longer be writing music for films based on comic books. In an interview with TV channel “Bi-bi-si” he noted that the work on the last band — “Batman vs. Superman” — was extremely difficult.

“I was trying to find a new language, but now I am officially quitting the superhero business,” explained Zimmer.

He added that the dedicated cinema on comics, about 11 years of his life, composing music for such films as “Batman begins”, “the Dark knight”, “Dark knight: the legend”, “man of steel” and “the New spider-Man. High voltage”.

Soundtracks are credited to Zimmer’s sound more than 150 tapes. Composer nine times nominated for “Oscar”, and in 1995 received an award for the music for the movie “the lion King”. He also received the “Golden globe” for “the Lion King” and “Gladiator”.

“Batman vs. Superman” started in hire on March 24, was coldly received by critics and received mostly negative reviews. Zimmer composed the soundtrack together with the Dutch composer Tom Holkenborg, also known as Junkie XL.
