In the South-East of Washington on Saturday, September 17, unknown persons opened fire during the concert.
The incident happened around 20:00, 31-year-old Skorpio-Rodney Alonzo Phillips and 18-year-old Sarwan Otto Harris died on the spot.
Also injured 7 people, including 8-year-old boy. Police say the victims injuries are not life-threatening.
