The bill on recognition of independence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) is not yet approved by the Armenian government.

“At the conclusion of the government clearly States that the adoption of the bill will depend on the outcome of the discussions between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, subject to further developments, including external factors. Therefore, at this stage of the bill on recognition of Nagorno Karabakh’s independence, the government did not approve,” wrote Poghosyan.
