Alexey Moiseev, Deputy Finance Minister, addressed the media with a statement, where he announced important news: the Ministry is considering the project of establishing in the country a new direction of construction and of commissioning of apartment houses, which will be a way to solve the housing problem for all those citizens who can’t pay the mortgage.
According to Moses, the authorities are obliged to provide citizens a decent living, even if they have no money for registration and payment of the mortgage. The development of this industry will solve the acute problem of waiting. The state will subsidize the purchase of housing for low-income citizens.
The quality of the apartments in tenement houses will be better than today standard in rented apartments. The thing is to manage such homes are managers of companies interested in provision of quality services. All the conditions of rent of apartments in tenement houses will be entered into the relevant contracts. We will also specify the cost of removal, which will be reviewed in a certain period (1 year) and within certain limits.
