Ani Lorak and EMIN sang about unrequited love

Ани Лорак и EMIN спели о безответной любвиThe video for this song shows how occurs the recording when a worker is left alone with a microphone.

October 18 premiere of the song entitled I can’t say that was sung by Ani Lorak and EMIN (Emin Agalarov).

Ani Lorak and EMIN say that the song I can’t tell and the work is more than just creativity.

The track I can’t say really has a personal connotation, and it is embedded in experiences of the EMIN.

And it all started with a story, which he shared with Maxim Fadeev – the author of music and words to new songs.

“We connect with Emin not only shared projects, but strong friendship. Somehow we got to talking about women and he said one of his longtime love, as he deeply feels and thinks about her still. I have this story, and I was wonder what kind of woman could make him feel so affected. I offered him a song in which the words are dialogue men and women: “I am not yours“ and she will reply: “I’m not yours.“ He thought for a long time, but then called and said that he really wants her to sing. And he sang her wildly emotional,“ – says Maxim Fadeev.

The words to the song was co-written with Olga Seryabkina, a soloist of the group SEREBRO. EMIN invited the Duo of Ani Lorak, with whom he had a mutual liking and friendships.

“One day the Emin called me and offered to sing a new song. I listened to the words and immediately agreed. This song laid something real, sincere, and touching. I realized that this is an important story for Emin. I think it turned out very beautiful,“ – says Ani Lorak.

The singer affirms that this song carries his personal secrets.

“I think once people hear it, they’ll understand,“ says EMIN.
