Danilko sued the manufacturer of kvass monetary compensation.
In appellate court of Kiev region held a meeting concerning the conflict of Andrei Danilko and brands of kvass, which for ten years uses, scenic character artist for advertising their products, particularly Verkin Kvass Classic and Verkin Kvass Hangover. Namely, the company of the Monastery’s kvass and Darl used a photo Danilko in the image of Serduchka on the labels of their goods.
According to TSN, the court of appeal dismissed the appeal of the manufacturer and ordered him to pay the singer one million three hundred seventy thousand hryvnias and five thousand hryvnias of moral compensation.
