Under the new law, students can no longer have a valid reason for refusing vaccination. The law adopted in the United States, yet apply to only California, but in the future the government bodies plan to consider the question of its adoption in all States.
The law came into force with the beginning of the school year in all California schools. If the child or his parents are against vaccination for any reason, the student simply will not be tolerated in school. Previously, religious or personal beliefs of the parents could serve as a valid reason in order not to expose their child to this procedure.

The new law was due to the fact that the number of students whose parents do not want to expose their children vaccinated, has exceeded 10 thousand people. Vaccination is carried out twice. In 2015, about 13 thousand of children entering first grade who were not vaccinated because their parents cited religious reasons.
The schools appealed to the government a statement that in such conditions they are unable to ensure the safety of students. The representative of the California Department of education Robert Oaks said that his staff will personally coordinate the implementation of vaccination in schools.
“This measure is necessary for public health, and now it is the law in California,” said the man. The result of the new law, more than 200 families have already left the state. Most of them transferred their children to schools in Oregon, Colorado and Texas. The remaining parents are going to arrange mass protests in connection with the law about compulsory vaccination of their children.
