Politics in the American presidential race chirping about the Russian threat. Trying to intimidate you, they want to gain so extra points.
As you know, the strongest person can be influenced through pleasure or fear. To deliver to the American voters the pleasure of politicians who have failed, so they try to intimidate you.
In past times was threatened by Arab terrorists, but the bearded fundamentalists too boring and already fed up with everything. It is also difficult to explain why to fight with medieval Bedouins need a trillion-dollar expenditures on new weapons.
In recent years, the generals from the Pentagon and the owners of the military-industrial complex sawed between a few trillion dollars on “future weapons”:
— flying the F-35 aircraft;
wooden super ship with a rail gun, occasionally firing a useless disc with low precision;
— laser gun on a passenger Boeing, which could theoretically shoot down a cruise missile (but only if the aircraft will fly parallel to the missile and not more than a hundred meters from it);
— the program of the predictions of the actions of the enemy, which is wrong in 70% of cases etc.
So this time decided to change their repertoire on a frightening new (or rather, half-forgotten old) enemy – the “dreaded” Russians. Amphibious bears, Kalashnikovs, vodka, fur hats and the airship “Kirov” – the complete set.
You remember these miraculous transformations? “Freedom fighter” Osama bin Laden, a personal friend and business partner of George W. Bush, whom the United States has for many years supported with money, weapons and military advisors, who then suddenly became a terrorist and enemy of democracy. And now his heirs, all the same cutting heads bearded, Syria still suddenly become again the “liberals” and “freedom fighters” (apparently, for the freedom to cut the head).
And now the evil Russian terrorists bombed good moderate terrorists opposition in Syria. When the US bombed kindergartens and schools – it’s called collateral damage. When the Russians bombed with precision weapons positions ISIS is “indiscriminate bombing”.
Politicians need fear to make you manageable.
Military need hysteria to justify the huge military budgets in the United States is hundreds of billions of dollars that could go to creating new jobs, poverty reduction or repair dilapidated infrastructure (roads, dams, bridges, which the United States quite massively in poor condition). In the end, the money could go to prevent municipal bankruptcies, which in the country a few hundred (it’s a shame, but Puerto Rico is virtually bankrupt, how then can you say that the United States is a successful country?).

All they need to escalate war hysteria. Therefore, the head of the joint chiefs of staff (Joint Chiefs of Staff, JCS), General Milley and Mike yelling “We beat Russia, China, Iran and North Korea.”
And if you think? China has the first economy in the world, and its population is five times bigger than the US population. Besides, China has nuclear weapons.
The United States has gone to war once with a small and poor in Vietnam. How many were killed by American soldiers? 58.220 people. But imagine a country, half of which are about the same jungle, and the second half is the world’s largest mountain range the Himalayas, and the population is more than the United States five times. How many Americans will die?
In addition, after the attacks on China, the Americans will not see any Nike, no household appliances, no iPhones, no much more. Yes, everything is made in China.

Iran is a large country, almost entirely mountainous, where the entire male population is liable for military service and periodically pass the retraining (as in Switzerland).
Or go back to Russian. It is also a big country with a vast territory, harsh climate and large population, which never were fully conquered.
Moreover, over the last few centuries, Russia has destroyed several empires that dominated the world, but was stupid enough to attack her: the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Sweden, Ottoman Empire, Napoleonic France, Austro-Hungary and the Third Reich. And each time the invaders thought “this time we definitely will”. Who in their right mind will try again boils at a repeat of history?
And finally, North Korea. It is, of course, is small and quite poor. But they also have nuclear weapons and their means of delivery. And only one missile, which will fly to the West coast to California drowned.
Personally, I like California. There is, of course, lots of freaks, but that’s no reason to sacrifice it.

I want to ask you Americans, are you ready to defeat and heavy losses? To the hundreds of thousands, and possibly millions KIA (Killed In Action)? Mr. Carrie, maybe it’s time to advance to lead anti-war rallies, until the madness started yet?
Or maybe you, American citizens and taxpayers, want to live instead of cozy cottages in underground bunkers, and instead of baseball and basketball to teach their children how to cook fried cockroach mutants or purify water from radiation in case of nuclear war? That is, if you are lucky, you will not be killed by a direct hit, you will be near the shelter (and you have it?) you will not die from radiation sickness in the first days after the war began.
And, most importantly, what I want to ask: why all this effort? For what to sacrifice millions of American lives and risking nuclear annihilation?
After all, not out of patriotism, no. Not for Stars&Stripes. Not for “way of life”. And for the sake of the Board Lockheed Martin received from the state budget a couple of hundreds of billions of dollars to build their flightless aircraft, and Joint Chief of Staff General Mike Milley received from them a few million of contributions to its pension Fund for lobbying the interests of military corporations.
The scheme is simple: you pay taxes, which go to purchase arms, with which you will be sent to die to increase corporate profits. You will be sent to slaughter for your own money.
