The Syrian city of raqqa was cut off from water supply as a result of Russian bombing, reported in “Twitter” activists “Raqqa are killed in silence.”

Agence France-Presse, citing the London-based Syrian center for monitoring human rights reported at least 30 dead and 70 wounded. The center did not specify how many of the victims are members of the IG.
