It seems to be a standard situation for ambulance, if not for one fact: witnesses said that medics arrived on the scene half an hour later, although the substation is located 100 metres from the scene.
— I was driving down market street from Studenets’ka embankment and stopped because he heard a woman scream, — says an eyewitness of the incident Galina. We saw the car just left the station, — says Galina. But she went the other way. We again called the ambulance and we were told that the car would turn and come. It took another 10 minutes. Then I could not resist and she ran to the substation, he asked to help, but the staff said that the car is on the way.
