Player of the season for fans of “miners” was the Croatian-Brazilian striker Eduardo, ahead of almost a hundred votes of former Shakhtar midfielder Alex Teixeira, winter moved to China. In third place in the voting finished Marlos, the fourth was Victor Kovalenko, behind which there are Tyson and Andriy Pyatov.

Last season Eduardo coped brilliantly with the role of the Joker Shakhtar’s former Arsenal FC striker and national team of Croatia, having played in all competitions 41 games, scoring on average every 87 minutes. Such a rate can in Europe last season can only boast of players such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Suarez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Gonzalo Higuain.
In his first season after returning to Shakhtar Eduardo scored 18 goals, setting a personal record in the “miners”.
