Cleaver. If You want to have a solid side abdominal muscles, this exercise is very important. In addition, this exercise activates the muscles of the lumbar back. It’s good for all cores is performed in a slow and well controlled rhythm.

Spider. This exercise is excellent to activate all the muscles in your body. This exercise is great for completing your workout, because at the same time stretch all the muscles.
