To restore the national economy, Zyuganov proposed to nationalize the mineral resource base of the country. According to his calculations, this will raise the income of the budget from 13 trillion to 20 trillion rubles and make it balanced. Together with the nationalization of oil and gas complex Zyuganov proposed to transfer under the state control and other leading industries, such as electricity, Railways, communication system. Immediate resuscitation requires domestic agriculture, Zyuganov insists. Main bet should be on large collective farms and cooperation.
