That is, truth prevails: the Agreement to the European energy Charter was not ratified by the Russian Parliament, and therefore the rules of this Charter do not apply to our country. In particular, of the withdrawal of controversial issues from the jurisdiction of Russia.
But does it follow that his words about the game of our authorities in the giveaway with the fence I have to take back?
With pleasure, but on condition.

If continued real effort (and not their imitation with the new hire notorious British and American law firms is natural and predictable in these conditions the losses of ships) to ensure the fastening of this decision and by higher courts in the Netherlands, the former owners of “Yukos” as it is known, are planning to appeal.
Second. If you will make public all the terms of the agreement on the settlement of the disputed questions, reached earlier between the former shareholders of “Yukos” and the company “Rosneft”, composed of the main assets of the former “Yukos”.
Third. If there will be a public inquiry into who in the current Russian Supreme power generally admitted that the Russian side took part in the consideration of the outer court of the Russian domestic issue on the basis not ratified by the Parliament of the agreement.
Fourth. If in connection with the successful (at this stage) reflection attacks further “unnecessary” will not be terminated earlier publicly announced by the Investigating Committee investigation into the assignment history of the so-called former shareholders of Yukos’s most valuable public assets. Emphasize: do not buy, let and cheap, but during at least formally legitimate privatization, and just blatant robbery of us – in collusion with senior officials of the state during the obviously fake “credit-shares auctions”.
And fifth. Is it necessary to recall that the method of assigning, for example, “Norilsk Nickel” was exactly the same as that of “Yukos”? That is, in fact, the game of giveaway with the bandits and fence (this is my value judgment) we will continue as long as the remaining key assets stolen from us during the “credit-loans for shares”, the government will pretend that everything is more legitimate than in relation to the history of the “Yukos”.
