The Americans are constantly at war, telling the world that defend their national interests. Under these same national interests meant the security of the American state. Surprisingly, at least (more than one per cent of annual turnover) costs of capital construction (expansion, reconstruction) of the Corporation immediately receive from the government full compensation for expenditures for rental of state, but also their businesses. Therefore, American gunsmiths almost instantly, and most importantly, without incurring costs immediately increase the production of weapons, when required by the country or had an interesting buyer.

But you have the right to invite him to dinner, which gathers money for his campaign, and there you can give him a hamburger, and the top $ 25,000, and call it all the fundraising, and you will have the same access to the same Congressman”.

So lobbyists operate in the States, like everything’s legitimate… And the money, money get to the destination, who decides on the state order. That’s why corporations are the US military industrial complex spending large sums on lobbying for their interests. According to the data of 2013, the Corporation “Northrop Grumman Corporation” spent on lobbying $ 3.1 million. The money was divided between two parties: 40% to support Democrats, and the rest – on the support of Republicans.
“Lockheed Martin Corporation” – $3.045 million. 35 percent Democrats, the rest Republicans.
“The Boeing Company” – $2.8 million, 40% of Democrats, 60% — Republicans.
“Raytheon” – $2.63 million. 35 percent Democrats, the rest – on the support of Republicans.
As you can see, and in lobbying the leaders of the US military industrial complex in the first place, and company money in one bag is not folded, because this case is irrational.
Lobbying-the lobbying, but the government does not abandon your company in trouble. So, after the terrorist attacks of September 11, Americans began to massively refuse from flying on airplanes, and passenger traffic decreased significantly.
Orders for new aircraft declined, and over the leading American company “The Boeing Company” under the threat of ruin. But the government of America was not asleep, and in the end, the company provided additional military orders – work on the missile defense system.
But it is only the largest enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the USA, but in America hundreds and thousands of other smaller “Military Industrial Company”, producing armored vehicles, artillery systems, small arms, the same form or food for the armed forces and also lobbying for their interests in the government and the U.S. Congress. In short, the US military industrial complex — it’s a real financial monster.
Question: what is the United States, declaring itself as the most democratic society, for whom nothing is more important than human rights, half of their budget is spent on production guns destruction of man?
A few years ago in the media appeared the news that President Barack Obama wanted to hold the company curtailment (a reduction of about 500 billion for 5 years) expenses of the Federal budget that will affect the military industrial complex and the Pentagon. But since then reigned silence, which resulted in additional tens of billions of dollars of military spending. And all because if this development occurred, according to optimistic forecasts half a million workers in the corporations of the military-industrial complex would have lost jobs that once would have increased unemployment by 20-25 percent!
This automatically would lead to increased burden on the budget (social benefits, and so on). Following would reduce the consumption (demand) within a country and GDP fall. That, in turn, would hurt the dollar, reducing its attractiveness in the global market, and would hurt the trade balance, which is already in the red. Therefore, on the reduction forgot. On the contrary, spending on the military industrial complex even increased. Time and expenses, means, need and profit, and the profit of the MIC, of course, gives the arms sales. And to make weapons to sell, it is necessary to fight, otherwise the weapon will become meaningless!
