While rice noted that the decision on Obama visit to Hiroshima is the right solution. Obama will become the first American President to come to Hiroshima before the expiration of their term of office.
White house spokesman Josh earnest said earlier that Obama plans to give a speech during his visit to the Japanese city of Hiroshima.
The United States dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during world war II on 6 and 9 August 1945, killing between 130 thousand to 250 thousand people. After that, Japan surrendered. The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki remains the only case of the combat use of nuclear weapons.
