Whether a drowning man’s last chance?

Нужен ли утопающему последний шанс?

While the Ukrainian government tries in vain to cover the hole in the budget size of almost 4 billion because of the negligence of their own President (strangely, not “Putin is to blame”), while Kiev continues to poke a finger in the direction of the Kremlin, to Russia there is still the question of dialogue with Ukraine.

No matter what the clowns were not at the helm of a once-friendly country, should not be like them, and time to cross the common past. Moreover, the protracted political crisis in Ukraine is already beginning to open the eyes of those who were not infected widespread in Ukraine with a disease called Russophobia. Today in Parliament they say that it is time to stop listening to “overseas Sams” and look for a way out of this deplorable situation.

And Russia is still as willing, if not “understand and forgive”, then at least to listen to “the lost sheep”. However, the diversion of the Ukrainian military in the Crimea repelled the desire to have any contacts with Kiev. The only reason the Russian President is ready to meet with Poroshenko – is the issue of peace, namely the implementation of the Minsk agreements. True only if “necessary conditions ripen” and be made “proper homework”. Needless to say that the fulfillment of these conditions is almost impossible and the current government of Ukraine would rather pay us back, than give up their rhetoric.

Russia is interested in independent and capable neighbor, not in the troubled state on its borders, mired in chaos, poverty and corruption. While Ukraine is completely dependent on the IMF, interrupted with one loan to another and hopes for external support “partners” who are willing to throw it as soon as it will fulfill their. It is sad that the current Ukrainian government is not inclined to compromise. While talking with Kiev makes no sense, and then it may be too late. Still, the rescue of drowning-the handiwork of drowning.
