In the second half of 2016, the Central Bank may issue long-promised 16 million plastic cards of the national payment system “the World” and translate them to all the public sector workers.
State employees – doctors, teachers, officials, etc. – are afraid that them will force to refuse a Visa or MasterCard in favor of the Russian map. To use the card “the World” Russia is still uncomfortable due to the poor network of points of reception and abroad, the national map of the Russian Federation do not yet.
All Russian state employees are required to go to “the World”, according to the Central Bank, and to confirm the results in the article 30.5 of the law on the National payment system. It States that “credit institutions are required to provide customers of national payment instruments upon receipt referred to customer payments at the expense of means of budgets of budgetary system”.

According to the lawyer “Designer papers FreshDoc.ru” Alina Tukhvatullina if the employer ignores this requirement of the law and forcibly takes the employee on a particular map, he thereby violates the 3rd of the Labor code.
