The Chinese confessed to the murder of parents and 17 neighbors.
A resident of China’s Yunnan province, the 27-year-old Yang Cenipa confessed to killing his parents and 17 other residents of the native village of Yema.
Cinerea detained in the provincial capital, Kunming, about 200 km from the crime scene.
