Vice-President of the Tver city public organization “Tver judo Federation” Abdurakhman Bazarov is accused of stealing 1 million 383 thousand rubles allocated for the organization of the Cup of Europe on judo, the press service of the regional investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
At the request of the investigator court chose against Bazarov a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of two months.
3 to 6 APR 2015 in Tver has passed the Cup of Europe on judo. “In the course of organization and holding Cup of Bazaars have made the theft of funds allocated for the conduct of this competition, a total of more than 1 million 383 thousand rubles”, — stated in the SC. In respect of Bazarov, a criminal case was initiated under part 4 of article 159 of the criminal code (“Fraud committed in especially large size”).
Within investigation of this criminal case also established other fraud in the sports industry in the region.
