But if we compare these figures with 2011, real incomes increased by 4.2%,” – said the official.
According to the Deputy of the State Duma from the Communist party Valery Raskina, now that real incomes are plummeting, and the number of poor people, according to Rosstat, at the end of last year has already reached more than twenty million people , representing 14.1% of the total population of Russia, the Minister’s words sound like a mockery. “The real incomes of Russians fell in the past year by 4 %, the same chetyrehrazovoe the fall predicts the Ministry of economic development this year.
