real estate

Until the end of 2016 in Russia will be introduced new system of property taxation, according to economic information Agency “Prime”. Innovations will be made in stages – 20% per year. It is planned that the full tax increase by the year 2020.

According to estimates of consulting company Berkshire Advisory Group, the capital for a one-room “Khrushchev,” the 30 square meters near the metro station “Youth” in 2020 will have to pay not 567 roubles, as now, and 2838 rubles.
Tax for three-room “Stalinka” near the metro station “Frunzenskaya” (71 sq m) will increase with 9256,36 46281,78 ruble to ruble. These amounts are net of 20 sq m. the owners of which are not taxed.
