The Deputy commander of the Navy of Russia Alexander Fedotenkov and head of the Coastal forces of the black sea fleet Alexander Ostrikov announced by Pechersky district court of Kiev in the state search. With such statement has acted a press-service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (GPU), peredaettass.
“The pretrial investigation established that the Fedotenkov, A. N. and Ostrikov A. L. in February-March 2014, the bowed members of the Armed forces of Ukraine to commit treason and contributed to the waging of an aggressive war against Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
Investigators are allowed to detain suspects and deliver them to the court for a ruling on the measure of restraint. It is reported that all necessary documents are to be submitted to the court for in absentia convictions and Fedotenkova Ostrikova.
Before the Pechersky district court of Kiev has sanctioned the arrest of the black sea fleet of Russia Alexander Vitko admiralhalsey. The Ukrainian investigation accuses Russian military of “endangering the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine”, “inciting treason”, “waging aggressive war” and “the organization of sabotage”.
