The juxtaposition of these two photos, of course, does not exhaust the topic of comparing today’s Russia and Ukraine. And at last today made some attempts to chase the elusive time to write some technical innovations.
But, in General, these two photos, placed side by side, give, in my opinion, very clear and truthful understanding of the moment that, when applied to two countries, consistent with the known expression of the Odessa – two big differences.

Yes, of course, very significant, maybe even the lion’s share of these successes of Russia are in the military-technical sphere. This main today is sorely lacking in Ukraine. Which is not able to repeat this Russian way, the only one, but an irresistible reason – exceptional denseness and lack of state thinking, characteristic for the representatives of Ukrainian authorities in General and present in particular.
Ukraine has 25 years of experience in almost the same thing – cuts off the branch on which it sits. And today durabila it almost to the end.
