Attacking Krasnodar volleyball club “Dynamo” Tatiana Kosheleva shocked by inappropriate behavior of fans in Istanbul Galatasaray. During the match finals of the Cup of the European Confederation, they threw debris of the Russian athletes.
About unpleasant incident Koshelev said on his page on Instagram. According to the athlete, it is always with respect to representatives of other peoples, considering human beings as equals regardless of their religion and skin color. But the behavior of Turkish fans angered her.
“Fans of the Turkish team were more than adequately, their words and gestures has shown all the hatred towards us. From the stands on our heads flew the garbage!!!”, – said Kosheleva.
But most of all her shocked that the head coach of Galatasaray during the match showed the middle finger to the staff of the Russian club.
Koshelev recalled that the main purpose of sport is to bring delight and excitement. She urged people to be more cultured and kinder, “just believe in your team”.
The match of the Cup of the European volleyball Confederation (CEV) was held on 29 March in Istanbul and concluded with the victory of Galatasaray with the score 3:2. The Russian club “Dinamo”, which are the current winner of the CEV will be able to fix a position of the second of April in Krasnodar.
