The captain of the seaport of Taganrog prohibited release from the port ship “Lyra”.
The decision, subject to immediate execution, took the Arbitration court of the Rostov region, has informed Federal Agency of sea and river transport.
“The seizure of the cargo ship “Lyra” is imposed in order to ensure Maritime claim of LLC “SGM-Bridge”, is spoken in court definition. Interim measures in the form of arrest is required for subsequent recovery of damages in a judicial procedure”, – stated in the message Department.
The ship owner brought a claim for damages. According to the court order of Arbitration court of the Rostov region, the company “SGM-Bridge” in the period until 14 April 2016, you must submit proof of filing of the statement of claim upon demand in respect of which the court has taken preliminary security measures.
Earlier it was reported that the ship is detained.
