Secretary of the national security Council and defence of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov said that in the event of further deterioration of the situation in the Donbas, the national security Council may consider the imposition of martial law in Ukraine.
As reported on Tuesday, July 19, the press service of the NSDC, Ukraine will take all measures to protect the integrity and security of Ukrainians “until the inclusion in the agenda of the national security Council of the question of the introduction of martial law”.
Also Turchynov announced that Ukraine had been informed through diplomatic channels of the Western partners about the “cynical and blatant violation of the Minsk agreements.”
Earlier, Alexander Turchinov said that in the LDNR create reserves for the offensive.
