The candidate in US presidents from Republican party, Donald trump reiterated that the United States needs to “get along” with Russia.
“He (President Barack Obama) says that I’m friendly with Putin. First, that would be great. I don’t know Putin, I’m not too concerned. But I think it would be great if the US got along with Russia, which is not happening now,” said trump in an interview with CNBC, reports RIA Novosti.
He accused Obama that “when it took Crimea.”
Trump has criticized both Democrats and Republicans after his statement that in case of coming to power, will consider the question of the ownership of Crimea to Russia. The inhabitants of the Peninsula, he said, want to be with Russia, “but not where he was before”, i.e. in Ukraine.
