To compile the camisole tops we used data from the following nine publications: FilmPro, The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times, Variety, Rolling Stone, Time, Entertainment Weekly, Yahoo! Movies and Rotten Tomatoes. They published the rankings, in which the prizes were awarded from first to tenth. The film, which was on the first place received ten points and the tenth one point. Initially, we summed together the scores given by each of the films, and then the resulting number divided by the number of publications. Thus we got the average rating values of the movies based on them made the final top of the best movies of 2015.

Tenth place – “the Look of silence” (average score of 1.6)Director Joshua Oppenheimer in this work addresses the topic of genocide in Indonesia, 1965-1966. The plot of this melodrama tells us about the complicated relationship between two women: a young saleswoman and married ladies looking for new love. The action takes place in new York in the 50-ies of XX century. The film was first presented at the Cannes film festival 2015, where Rooney Mara, who plays the saleswoman Teresa received the prize for best actress.

Second place – “In the spotlight” (average score of 5.2)In the basis picture directed by Thomas McCarthy went to the actual investigation conducted by the newspaper The Boston Globe. As a result of hard and extensive work of a group of journalists, managed to find evidence that some of the Boston priests are pedophiles.
