The tale about fire-breathing Ministry of Finance

Сказ об огнедышащем Минфине

Сказ об огнедышащем МинфинеThose who follow the news the other day witnessed another small battle between good and evil in fantasy style. In which the evil dragon in the way of Finance, demanded that all virgins of the Kingdom, in this case in their ruble equivalent in the form of higher taxes, but the government, in the form of the image of the knight in shining armor, stood up for men in this Kingdom who wanted these virgins to their homes to disassemble. Dragon got fire-breathing snout and scaly tail between his legs, hiding in his cave to hatch new evil plans. Virgin had gone home and to celebrate, have decreased in number. The knight rubbed his armor again and stood on guard. The question arises, what was it? Elections, however. And the party “United Russia” as the party in power, well you really need to remind irresponsible inhabitants who guard their peaceful sleep from the dragons. True, in some unconscious minds, bred the thought that a dragon is not real. And so, tame, tame.

Actually, what am I… Strange situation in my opinion develops. It is clear that the Ministry of Finance deals with financial flows and their task is to get enough money to cover all current expenses. And when these revenues are not enough, they strenuously to search for new sources. But oddly they are looking for. I’m not an idealist and I understand that the formula about the main task of the state in the form of the well-being of its citizens, it is such a beautiful wrapper. But why did the Ministry of Finance stubbornly looking for money solely in the pockets already, to put it mildly, not rich people. This is not the first attempt. And each time they supposedly give a hand, and so that everyone could hear. As if in one state the government and the Finance Ministry are located. If I wanted to do to reason with them, so would change their direction of search in principle, but no. Thus, in recent years became very popular cartoon “Chippolino”, because all the times I have remembered the phrase “After we introduced a tax on air, you have less to breathe. This is outrageous!”.

The question is, why then be ashamed? And then enter a tax called “We need stupid money, and we don’t know where to take them”. Is at least honest. Or you can just stop being shy and to revise the law on the abolition of serfdom. And suddenly he had been adopted? Then shall all the legal grounds to recognize it is not valid, and serfs of the money should not be. And the gentleman will judge… how else can we tithe? The spiritual ties it is necessary to revive. Someone has these ties to pay.

Not so long ago, can’t remember from whose lips, on television called “let’s all country skins for a hundred rubles, that’s not much, but close the budget deficit.” The important thing is not new. In the history of this already repeatedly. And shows this same story – didn’t help.

But let’s go further in this initiative, why waste time on trifles. Let’s all chip in. On health care, but who may, God give you good health. On education, thank you, may God give you a baby smart. In the army, I have the honor, call if that. At all. Create committees that will hold meetings to decide what will fold. Just why would we pay taxes and maintain such a state. They can dismiss all, why to spend money in vain, if still chip in.

It is clear that I’m exaggerating. The state should be and the bureaucracy is, in any country of the world. But still in our vector, then at least a little to improve, what would they were looking for money, not only in the pockets of citizens, and would be scratched in the bins, which were previously homeland, and then gradually moved into private hands. Moreover, it does not need to wear armor and go beat the face of a fire-breathing dragon. It is necessary to have the political will and the desire is to make those who run the Ministry of Finance…

Oh, and I want to say at the end, So big, and believe in fairy tales…
