According to him, the hotel management, located in bad Ragaz, wants to ensure the players of the Russian team home atmosphere. Leiter also noted that the hotel often stop by the football team, so the chefs are aware of the dietary habits of sportsmen.
“The menu had a lot of food rich in proteins — meat, fish; lots of vegetables, fruits, including freshly squeezed juices. Of course, there are a variety of nuts and desserts — very light”, — said Leiter.
