“One of its effects is the low commodity prices, which, of course, affects the formation of the state budget and household budgets of the companies”, — said Ulyukayev.
He stressed that fundamental factors — “a long time”. “Economists call this the new normality. We live in these conditions, we live with oil, relatively speaking, plus or minus 50 [per barrel]. We live in terms of moderate prices for metals. We live in the conditions of some restrictions on capital markets”, — said the Minister.
Earlier, on 12 October, Ulyukayev called the Federal budget for 2017-2019 very strict and conservative. “This budget — adaptation to a very conservative estimate of global growth and the global environment in which we operate. Budget — the search for stability in the new conditions”, — he said.
