The path, which was a Russian army over the past 16 years and continues to move forward, obviously the best direction, which only you could imagine. In the short term, the Russian armed forces managed to regain its former position, and today, we can confidently say that should the current rate of progress, structure, a few years later the question of superiority in the military arena will be solved once and for all.
For the current 2016-th year there is a the results of a comprehensive reform of the army, namely, the achieved superiority over all competitors in the nuclear aspect, lead to the creation of a huge future-proofing in the production of main battle tanks and armored vehicles, rocket weapons, strengthening the leading position in the small sector.
In principle, equipping and combat readiness of the armed forces of the country is not experiencing any serious problems, there are only two issues that need to be addressed by the end of the reform. Namely, rationalization of transport logistics fleet, as at the moment the naval infrastructure is not able without interruption to ensure uninterrupted service a sufficient number of replenishment of the Navy.
The second and equally important task is to stabilize the military education system, emerging from a difficult period in the late 2000’s. In those years from the filing of the former defense Minister Serdyukov, the majority of military Universities in the country has sharply reduced sets. Most sharply it affected the intelligence and military medics, a leading school in the preparation of which is the Military medical Academy was on the verge of closing.
Both problems today are solved, and improvements are visible to the naked eye, however, address the magnitude of it is not thereof. The stabilization of the situation is expected by 2020. Despite these delays, in principle, does not affect strength, mobility, and combat readiness of the structures, the Russian army is really the best example to impersonate one powerful and indestructible whole, which have to be considered, without exception. And the anti-terrorist operation of the Russian Federation in Syria is a vivid example of all the armies in the world, how to act the real professionals.
