The main priorities of economic policy in the period from 2017 to 2019 are import substitution and improving the quality of life of Russians. The relevant information contains in the forecast socially-economic development of Russia prepared by the economic development Ministry, reports TASS.
The document also says that the economy will move from stagnation to recovery in late 2016. Next year is expected to increase to 0.6 percent in 2018 and 1.7% in 2019 and 2.1.
The Ministry also predicts that inflation in the implementation of the optimistic scenario will slow to 4.1 percent by the end of 2019.
